Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business System Analyst (Governance) to work remotely with our financial services clients in the United States. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Risk teams to assess architectures, data flows, and integration patterns, driving modernization and governance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with required experience or equivalent; enterprise tech governance knowledge.
Experience partnering with architecture, engineering, risk, security, and audit teams.
Comfort evaluating architectures, data flows, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current and target-state architectures for alignment with tech direction.
Analyze interfaces, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks and improvements.
Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations on scalability and security.
Develop governance artifacts like capability maps and process flows.
Measure governance effectiveness with defined metrics and reporting.
