Job summary

Leidos is seeking Tier II/III Enterprise Systems Engineers to support the TSA TOMCAT program. The role provides advanced engineering and operational support for TOMCAT enterprise infrastructure and core services, coordinating with network, cloud, cybersecurity, database, application, and ServiceNow teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Ability to obtain TSA Suitability and Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in enterprise systems administration or engineering.
• Windows and/or Linux enterprise environments experience.
• Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP/virtualization and monitoring.
• Proven troubleshooting, ITIL incident/change/problem-management, and scripting.
• Security+ and MS certification or VMware VCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and operational support for enterprise infrastructure and core services.
• Troubleshoot escalated incidents on Windows/Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and storage.
• Perform system configuration, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Analyze performance, capacity, availability, and health of systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
• Lead major incidents with technical leadership and remediation planning.
• Develop automation, runbooks, and technical documentation to improve efficiency.
