Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Business Consultant to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs and define strategy across multiple workstreams. The role is remote with preference for Dayton, OH; Boca Raton, FL; or Alpharetta, GA for occasional meetings.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of senior consulting or strategic advisory experience, CRM and data-model proficiency, and strong Power BI skills to support initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in a consulting or strategic advisory role.
• Salesforce or CRM experience and data model understanding.
• Experience with data analysts and interpreting analytical models.
• Proficient with Power BI for initiative support.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders; independent in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs spanning multiple workstreams and align with strategy.
• Partner within the Business Transformation Office to set governance and standards.
• Define strategy for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage all phases using project and software lifecycle methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Utilize dashboards and reporting to drive progress and decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and customers when needed.
• Lead change management to embed outcomes across the organization.
