Qualifikationen

• Equivalent work experience providing knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and practices
• Sequel software experience
• Ability to anticipate objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view
• Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
• Ability to work on your own with guidance in only the most complex situations
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff
• Be an expert of own discipline for clients
• Ability to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
