Job summary

Slang AI is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customer needs and product evolution. You will lead pilots with enterprise restaurant groups, prototype lightweight integrations, and develop dashboards that translate conversations into shipped solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, product managers, and engineers to support deals and drive internal innovations that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering, or a similar technical cross-functional role.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a track record of shipping working solutions.
• Proficiency with APIs, SQL, data analysis, and data pipelines across the full stack.
• Experience building lightweight front-end experiences, internal tools, dashboards, or customer-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise pilots end to end, from scoping the technical approach to delivering a working solution that helps the sales team close deals and customer succeed.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and integrations that solve real problems for enterprise customers and demonstrate Slang's ability to go beyond standard product configuration.
• Contribute to new product development and help graduate it to engineering or product teams for scalability.
• Own and maintain internal tools and AI automations that reduce manual work across the company.
• Create reusable code, documentation, and playbooks to deliver long-term value beyond the initial use case.
