Job summary

Restaurant365 seeks a Customer Architect to design scalable AI-powered solutions, spanning product configuration, integrations, and workflows for enterprise customers. You will architect and build agents, automations, and intelligent workflows while ensuring security and reliable data handling.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to remove barriers, create reusable playbooks, and drive adoption of AI across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS, TAM, Solutions Architecture or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex deployments, integrations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, agents, automations or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers for enterprise customers and act as technical advisor.
• Diagnose technical, operational, and workflow challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, or custom apps to improve outcomes.
• Architect and build AI-powered solutions using modern tools and ensure security and data handling.
• Move solutions from prototype to deployment with attention to APIs, data flows and reliability.
• Develop reusable playbooks and AI capabilities that scale across customers.
• Reduce firefighting by solving systemic issues impacting multiple customers.
• Define evaluation criteria for AI features and monitor performance against outcomes.
