Job summary

Elios AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Specialist to work inside enterprise accounts, translating customer workflows into production-ready AI-powered software. You will design, build, and deploy integrations and agentic workflows across diverse environments, including legacy systems, while guiding pilots through to production release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong Python and API fundamentals.
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or Azure and managing containers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows, data, and constraints.
• Design and ship LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Wire into enterprise systems including legacy APIs and on-prem data stores.
• Lead pilots and expansions from workshops to production cutover.
• Write evals to assess production readiness and handover readiness.
• Translate business needs to engineering requirements and vice versa.
