Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to lead the engineering teams responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and improving the enterprise endpoints, VDI/DaaS, and Microsoft 365 platforms across Xtensys and healthcare customers.

You will drive reliability, security, capacity, and lifecycle management while setting technical standards and overseeing vendor relationships. This remote role emphasizes ITIL v4 practices and HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience of technical engineering teams in enterprise/ MSP environments.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Broad technical breadth across endpoint management and VDI/DaaS, AD/GP, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of healthcare security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Ability to set technical standards and lead projects/upgrades/migrations.
• Vendor/licensing management and cost optimization.
• Automation and scripting with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Services engineering org via Supervisors; hire, coach, and performance manage.
• Own reliability, security, capacity, lifecycle of endpoint, VDI/DaaS, Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Set standards, architecture direction, and operating procedures per ITIL v4 and policy.
• Escalation point for Level 3 incidents; coordinate across teams/vendors.
• Oversee design/implementation of VDI/DaaS, endpoint, and M365 solutions; plan capacity and patch compliance.
• Champion automation and standardization using Intune, ManageEngine, AD/GP, PowerShell.
• Plan, govern projects/upgrades/migrations; develop technical roadmaps.
• Manage vendor/licensing relationships; optimize costs and alignment.
• Define metrics for performance, security, and improvement; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Field Services, Reliability Ops, Identity, Security.
