Virta Health is seeking an SDR to drive growth by building the pipeline for three Sales Directors in a remote-first, enterprise SaaS environment focused on digital health. You will master multi‑channel outbound campaigns, map territories, and aggressively qualify leads into commercial opportunities.

You will support three Directors of Sales, coordinate regional strategies, and maintain impeccable data hygiene in the CRM while articulating Virta's value proposition and payer model to healthcare

Formación

• 2–4 years outbound selling experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, employee benefits space or selling to benefits leaders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time across multiple stakeholders (supporting 3 Directors of Sales).
• Demonstrated experience converting marketing or event-driven leads into active opportunities.
• Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Territory & Account Mapping: research targeted accounts, map executive hierarchies and identify stakeholders.
• Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting: run high-volume, personalized campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Conversion Mastery: follow up on marketing/event leads and convert high-intent prospects.
• Cross-Functional Team Support: assist Directors of Sales with calendar handoffs, regional strategies, and CRM data hygiene.
• Value Proposition Articulation: explain Virta's model including performance-based fees and deprescribing medications to reduce spend.
