Job summary

Virta Health is seeking an SDR focused on health plans and health systems. You will map accounts, conduct multi-channel outbound campaigns, and nurture leads from marketing events into qualified opportunities, playing a key role in scaling our enterprise sales.

You will support three Directors of Sales, manage calendars, ensure data hygiene in the CRM, and articulate Virta's value—combining clinical reversal treatment with performance-based contracts to drive healthcare cost savings.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of outbound selling experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, medical device sales, or selling to health plans/payers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders (three Directors of Sales).
• Proven experience converting marketing/event leads into opportunities.
• Willingness to make frequent cold calls and conduct deep account research.
• Experience executing structured outreach using a sequence-based approach.
• Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Territory & Account Mapping to identify executive stakeholders.
• Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Conversion Mastery by qualifying and turning leads into opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Team Support for three Directors of Sales and CRM data hygiene.
• Articulate Virta's value with clinical and financial components of our model.
