Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile teams on cloud‑driven infrastructure initiatives. Remote role with ~10% travel; U.S. citizenship required. The position emphasizes coaching, backlog refinement, and cross‑functional coordination across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Scrum/PM roles with SAFe or Agile mastery, strong communication, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a regulated federal environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAFe, Agile and traditional project-management principles.
• Prior Scrum/Agile experience on enterprise‑level development projects.
• Experience leading Scrum teams of 5+ members across developers, BAs, POs, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum practices to implement critical projects.
• Improve Scrum maturity of teams and organization sustainably.
• Remove impediments and blockers, or guide teams to remove them, escalating as necessary.
• Assist with internal and external communication, manage dependencies, and radiate information transparently.
• Apply Agile practices to improve ways of working and execution of teams.
• Leverage SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks for planning, daily standups, sprints, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Ensure progress toward objectives, KPIs, and commitments with data-driven decisions.
• Support and educate the Product Owner and Team Leads on the backlog.
