Toptal is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth in Healthcare and Life Sciences within the US. You will identify, develop, and close opportunities with enterprise providers, payers, and life sciences clients by delivering tailored solutions across technology, marketing, management consulting, and AI-enabled transformation.

This role targets a high-performance, hunter mindset with full remote work from across the US. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
7+ years in professional services with enterprise account management.
Experience in consultative customer engagement and selling of service-based solutions.
Proven ability to self-source opportunities and build a new book of business.
Track record closing multi-year, multi-million deals with enterprise clients.

Responsabilités

Own and grow a targeted portfolio of enterprise HLS accounts.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new opportunities in collaboration with SDRs.
Define and execute account strategy, pipeline development, and multi-year growth planning.
Lead solution development and deal execution with internal teams.
Partner with Client Partners to drive coordinated account expansion.
Shape industry solutions using Toptal0s capabilities for client challenges.
Maintain pipeline and account intelligence for accurate forecasting.
Lead strategic conversations with clients and maintain executive credibility.
