GitLab is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales for the southeastern United States. You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives and own software sales, bookings, and revenue across the region, helping customers adopt GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform to boost productivity and security.

You’ll hire and develop sales talent, set territory strategies, and align plans with growth goals. This is a fully remote role based in the Southeast, US.

Qualifications
