Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
• Track record of annual overachievement.
• Experience with security channel partners.
• Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of 5-7 Sales Reps across the Midwest.
• Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
• Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation to close.
• Be a key member of the leadership team for GTM development.
