Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sales Director to lead Enterprise sales across a defined geography. You’ll recruit, coach, and scale a team of 2–7 reps, drive MEDDIC-based deals, and own the plan to overachieve quarterly and annual targets.

You’ll partner with security, cloud, and IT operations teams, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, and report to the VP of Sales. This remote-first role requires adaptability across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams.
• Track record of overachievement annually.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Background selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
• Background using MEDDIC.
• Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
• Bonus: Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning exposure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 2-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography
• Building a sales team and the future sales leaders of Cribl
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Be part of a proven leadership team and help develop the GTM; report to the VP of Sales
• Work in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones
