Job summary

Confluence Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the United States. You will drive the end-to-end sales process, coordinate with Marketing and Product, and own the territory’s quota in a high-velocity environment.

You will leverage relationships with asset managers and financial institutions, present compelling ROI cases, and use Salesforce and collaboration tools to forecast and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or equivalent industry experience.
• 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including selling software solutions or data to financial institutions.
• Experience within New Client / New Logo sales.
• Experience using Salesforce, Teams, Outlook, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales process from identification to proposal to negotiation to close within assigned territory.
• Prioritize activity and sales pipeline to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and present tailored ROI business cases to clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to build and execute the pipeline.
• Use Salesforce to forecast and manage the sales pipeline and insights.
