Job summary

Majesco in the United States is seeking a Sales Director for Pension & Retirement to lead complex enterprise pursuits, own new logos, and drive strategic growth with public pension systems and multiemployer funds. This remote role spans national coverage.

You will build executive relationships, guide discovery, and align Majesco’s AI-native, cloud-based pension solutions to measurable outcomes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise SaaS or related sales with complex deals.
• Public pension, Taft-Hartley, or retirement benefits knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and close strategic opportunities.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Pension & Retirement opportunities, from pipeline creation through close.
• Build and execute account and pursuit strategies across new logo, expansion, cross-sell, and modernization.
• Establish credibility with trustees, fund administrators, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and create value-based narratives linking Majesco solutions to outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive solution alignment, demonstrations, and business cases.
• Navigate RFPs, procurement, and executive presentations in complex buying cycles.
• Generate pipeline via targeted account-based selling and market outreach.
• Maintain disciplined account planning, CRM, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
