Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in insurance, insurance technology, or consulting.
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with strong knowledge of commercial underwriting operations.
- Hands-on experience in commercial underwriting or underwriting operations before moving into technology, transformation, or implementation roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead backlog definition, user story development, and acceptance criteria for underwriting platform capabilities in Agile delivery environments.
- Mentor business analysts across global teams on P&C underwriting domain knowledge and Majesco implementation best practices.
- Translate underwriting workflows into system capabilities within modern insurance platforms.
