Job summary

Impartner is hiring a Project Manager to guide customers through implementing our PRM platform. You will ensure projects finish on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, translating technical details for non-technical audiences.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership. This role supports a remote-first environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and travel as needed.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Impartner or managing partner channels preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—weeks Product, Sales, and Support—to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to leadership and clients.
• Act as a mentor to junior project managers or team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $105,000
