Job summary

Lumos is the industry’s first Autonomous Identity Platform, a self-serve AppStore and infrastructure connecting apps, identities, and data. Albus, our AI agent for identity, drives access decisions and alerts on risk, transforming how enterprises manage permissions.

You’ll ship work that IT and security teams touch daily, owning problems without playbooks as the category redefines itself with Lumos.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
2+ years selling to companies with 1,000+ employees.
Familiar with MEDDPICC sales process.
Experience selling to IT, security, GRC or technical buyers.
Able to thrive in a startup environment with evolving resources.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Mission driven: help large enterprise customers solve complex problems and transform their organizations.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Generate pipeline for your region in partnership with Sales Development.
Show discovery leadership and curiosity in the process.
Lead value-based selling and demos with Sales Engineering collaboration.
Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to share insights and improve onboarding.
Demonstrate empathy and drive customer success beyond the sale.
