SplitMetrics, a global software company, is hiring an Account Executive for EMEA/MENA. You will drive growth in enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and customer success.

The role emphasizes a remote-first culture with international collaboration, strong deal hygiene, and ongoing coaching to advance your career in SaaS sales.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with senior decision-makers.
• Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation with MEDDIC approach.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handover.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with self-generated opportunities.
• Develop territory strategy and account plans; expand install base.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, Product, CS, and Legal to win strategic accounts.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain CRM discipline.
