Job summary

Redis is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage 3-5 enterprise accounts and hunt for new logos within 50-60 assigned enterprise accounts. You will lead enterprise deployments and drive new business and renewal quotas, reporting to the Regional Sales Director.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS/open source sales, can articulate complex solutions, and has experience with GCP/Azure/AWS. Willingness to travel within Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years enterprise sales in B2B SaaS/open source environments.
• Ability to understand and pitch complex solutions clearly.
• Preferred experience selling cloud-based solutions on GCP, Azure and/or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales resources to meet account objectives and exceed expectations.
• Lead strategic account planning with mutual objectives and milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Solution Architects, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
