Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting processes.
Lead end-to-end program governance activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
Develop integrated project plans across business and tech workstreams.
Coordinate interdependencies across teams and initiatives.
Prepare executive briefings, strategic memos, and status reports.
Manage workstreams and ensure delivery excellence.
