Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect - Enterprise Networking to act as the Subject Matter Expert across the enterprise networking domain.

The role combines presales client engagements with internal practice development and collateral creation, focusing on routing, switching, WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, and network security integration. You will design target-state architectures, deliver compelling demos and POCs, and lead technical discovery sessions to assess client

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations focused on enterprise networking solutions including campus routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN and WAN edge, and network management and automation platforms
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients' network infrastructure maturity across campus, branch, wireless, WAN, and network operations capabilities
• Translate complex networking concepts into business-relevant value propositions for technical and executive audiences
• Design and present target-state enterprise network architectures covering campus LAN, wireless, branch and WAN/SD-WAN, high availability, and network segmentation
• Support wireless engagements by leading discovery, interpreting survey output, and addressing high-density and IoT design considerations
• Develop and maintain internal practice collateral including reference architectures, battle cards, competitive analyses, and vendor evaluation frameworks
• Evaluate and qualify new vendor technologies and product capabilities; make recommendations on partner adoption and platform consolidation
• Conduct internal enablement sessions for engineering and sales teams on emerging network technologies and best practices
• Drive revenue growth within the presales team by identifying new networking opportunities and optimizing service offerings
• Collaborate with SHI stakeholder partner teams to create networking service solutions across SHI's portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention through briefings and demonstrations
• Stay current with new networking technologies and architectures to inform recommendations
