Job summary

Advita Ortho seeks a Software Architect to lead the Enterprise Apps & Mobile platform, shaping web, mobile, services, and data architecture on Azure for a hospital and clinical operations environment.

You will drive offline-first mobile experiences for field staff, ensure secure, scalable ERP/PLM integrations, and mentor distributed teams while guiding the technical roadmap and delivery discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years building and shipping production software; 3+ years in an architect or technical lead capacity.
• Experience owning production mobile apps on iOS and Android with cross-platform frameworks (React Native).
• Experience integrating with ERP/enterprise systems of record.
• Proven track record leading distributed/contract engineering teams.
• Regulated-industry software experience (preferred).
• Offile-first mobile architecture knowledge and app store release processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across web, mobile, services, and data on Azure.
• Own application security across the platform, including access control and secure lifecycle.
• Lead the mobile strategy and delivery: offline-first data sync and release management.
• Lead delivery of the active roadmap for field inventory, scheduling, and billing tooling.
• Design and own integrations with ERP/PLM and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into a technical roadmap.
• Provide architectural decisions and mentor offshore/contract resources.
• Establish engineering discipline: CI/CD, testing, environment management, release process.
