Job summary

Genentech is seeking an Enterprise Initiatives Manager to translate CE priorities into executable initiatives with clear ownership and milestones. You will lead cross-functional delivery and manage risks across regions, driving outcomes while aligning with the CE governance framework.

The role partners with HEDs, regional leaders, and field sponsors to ensure initiatives remain connected to broader priorities and deliver measurable results. This position can be based in SSF or remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior sponsors and translating strategy into executable plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of CE enterprise initiatives from definition through implementation and outcome review.
• Translate approved priorities into clear workplans with owners, milestones, dependencies, measures, and decision points.
• Maintain disciplined execution against agreed scope, timing, and outcomes.
• Coordinate implementation across Regions, teams, and enterprise functions when work spans organizational boundaries.
• Ensure initiatives transition effectively from planning into sustained business ownership when appropriate.
