Job summary

Genentech, Inc. is seeking a Launch Operations Manager to own integrated launch planning, readiness assessment, milestone management, and risk escalation across CE. You will partner with launch teams, CE leaders, Regions, field partners, and enterprise functions to ensure visibility, timely decisions, and disciplined execution.

Location: SSF, CA or Remote. The expected salary range is $142,200 - $264,200 USD annually, with potential discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years of pharma/biotech launch or operations experience preferred.
• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated launch planning from early readiness through post-launch stabilization.
• Maintain an integrated launch calendar and readiness view across CE priorities.
• Establish launch governance, readiness reviews, decision cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and capacity constraints affecting readiness.
• Coordinate across CE, Regions, field partners, RBO teams, and enterprise functions.
• Develop reusable launch playbooks, templates, and standards from lessons learned.
