Genentech seeks a Head of Customer Engagement (CE) Enterprise Operations to oversee the enterprise operating system enabling CE prioritization, launches, and cross-functional delivery. This leader drives intake, governance, readiness, and executive transparency across the CE portfolio.

Responsibilities include building talent, establishing standards, and partnering with field leaders to align resources with CE strategy and business priorities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10–12 years of pharma/biotech, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience leading within large, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Willingness to travel for internal and external meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Operations team.
• Own CE portfolio governance and delivery.
• Establish intake, prioritization, sequencing, and governance processes.
• Provide executive visibility with dashboards and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Enterprise Operations model.
