• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in complex enterprise software or healthcare IT sales.
• Experience selling to hospitals, academic medical centers, and large health systems.
• Direct sales experience with enterprise IT solutions.
• Strong C-level relationships within assigned geography.
• Ability to articulate a clear value proposition across portfolios.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plan by prioritizing prospecting and customer-facing selling time to generate new business.
• Manage future market opportunity potential of assigned geography and named accounts.
• Develop consultative relationships with key buying influences across the customer org (e.g., C‑level, CFO, CIO).
• Maintain funnel management in the CRM system and drive territory development and account strategy.
• Develop and execute an annual business/territory plan to support quota attainment and market share growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners on closing strategies in the territory and accounts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Agfa HealthCare IT portfolio and competitive products.
• Monitor market drivers and customer objectives to inform sales strategy.
