Job summary
GovCIO is seeking a Solution Architect to support the Health Technology Management Services team in a fully remote U.S. role within core hours ET.
The architect will document current architectures and develop future-state solutions, focusing on data architectures, interoperability, and program management. A strong capability to lead in complex systems and collaborate with diverse teams is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, systems, business or related field.
- 15+ years of related experience preferred and 10+ years may substitute for education.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder architecture projects in healthcare contexts.
- Proven communication, collaboration and delivery in dynamic govt environments.
- Clearance readiness or ability to obtain suitability/public trust.
Responsibilities
- Develop holistic views of current IT architecture and modernization plans.
- Advise and build technology roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy.
- Interface with users and stakeholders to determine needs and priorities.
- Manage technical data across products and teams for inquiries and data calls.
- Support and defend intake for new work and change requests.
- Propose architectural solutions across multiple environments.
