Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related field.
• 15 years of related experience.

• Expert-level knowledge and innovative problem-solving.
• Experience in a Healthcare or Healthcare Insurance environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, including short-notice requests.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic view of the organization’s current IT architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with the client.
• Create technology roadmaps and runways aligned with organizational strategy.
• Interface with users and stakeholders to determine needs.
• Manage and track technical data across products and teams.
• Support intake process for new work and changes.
• Leverage GovCIO resources across programs.
• Monitor and interpret directives from leadership and recommend approaches.
• Communicate and advocate for alternative viewpoints clearly.
• Propose architectural solutions in multiple environments.
• Architect solutions for complex systems of systems with reuse potential.
• Maintain architectures in ongoing maintenance as well as new designs.
