Job summary
OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Director, Urology Services to provide enterprise-wide leadership for the urology service line across the network. This role partners with the CMO and OneUrology to drive strategy, growth, quality, and scalable operational execution, ensuring patient-centered care and adherence to regulatory standards across sites.
The role may be based in Nashville, TN, or remote for candidates near a major airport to support travel and engagement across the OneOncology network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, clinical, or related field.
- 7+ years of enterprise-level clinical operations or service line management.
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MBA, MSN).
- Experience with multi-site/MSO operations and value-based care preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Set and advance strategy for the urology platform with executive leadership.
- Lead enterprise-wide urology service line development and growth.
- Standardize operating models and care pathways across regions.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize workflows.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality governance across sites.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships.
