Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational dyad partner to the Chief Medical Officer, OneUrology, jointly setting and advancing the strategy, vision, and priorities for the urology platform.
• Support the growth and evolution of urology across the OneOncology platform, advancing service line development, new capabilities, and the maturation of urologic care models network-wide.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide urology services strategy aligned with OneOncology's organizational vision, growth objectives, and long-term operational priorities.
• Lead and oversee urology service line expansion, consolidation, standardization, and modernization initiatives to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and service excellence across the network.
• Evaluate market trends, emerging clinical models, industry innovations, and competitive dynamics to identify and advance strategic opportunities that support platform growth and clinical advancement.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, regional operations leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic visioning, service line development, M&A and practice integration efforts, and new market expansion strategies.
• Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership and support for urology services across the OneOncology network, fostering consistency in performance, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and service delivery.
• Develop and implement standardized operating models, care pathways, and best practices while maintaining appropriate flexibility to accommodate regional, market, and practice-specific needs.
• Partner with regional operations leaders, as well as practice and physician leadership to establish, monitor, and optimize performance metrics, clinical workflows, access and scheduling models, staffing models, and resource utilization to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead operational scalability initiatives to support organizational growth, increasing patient volumes, evolving clinical demands, and the expansion of new urologic services and ancillary capabilities.
• Support urology service line compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide quality management and clinical governance frameworks that promote accuracy, reliability, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of quality, patient safety, accountability.
