Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Data Modeler (Medicare Advantage) to design enterprise-wide models that support a large healthcare data transformation. Collaborate with business leaders, governance teams, and domain stakeholders to create scalable data structures that enable analytics, AI, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data modeling across multiple domains.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage domains (Members, Providers, Claims, Care Management, CMS reporting).
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and MDM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models aligned with data strategy.
• Create conceptual, canonical, logical, physical, and domain models.
• Facilitate workshops to define data standards and entity relationships.
• Align models with governance, metadata, MDM, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Translate business models into scalable cloud-based data solutions.
