Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Data Modeler (Medicare Advantage) to design enterprise-wide data models that underpin a large-scale healthcare data transformation. You will collaborate with business leaders, data architects, governance teams, and domain stakeholders to build scalable, business-aligned data structures that enable analytics, reporting, AI, and operational excellence.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data modeling across conceptual, canonical, logical, physical, and domain-driven modeling.
• Demonstrated Medicare Advantage domain expertise including Members & Enrollment, Providers & Networks, Claims & Encounters, and CMS reporting.
• Experience translating business concepts into enterprise data models and establishing definitions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models aligned with data strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to establish data definitions, standards, and entity relationships.
• Translate business-driven data models into scalable technical solutions on cloud-based data platforms.
