Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Data Modeler (Medicare Advantage) to design enterprise-wide data models supporting analytics, reporting, AI, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with business leaders, data architects, governance teams, and healthcare domain stakeholders to create scalable, business-aligned data structures.

You will leverage modern cloud-based data platforms and engage in data governance, MDM, and metadata initiatives to enable data transformation on a large scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data modeling across multiple domains.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage data domains (Members, Providers, Claims, RAF/HCC, CMS reporting).
• Ability to translate business concepts into enterprise data models and define standard definitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models aligned with data strategy and objectives.
• Create conceptual, canonical, logical, physical, and domain models for Medicare Advantage domains.
• Facilitate requirements discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to agree on definitions and relationships.
