Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering services as part of a software company.
• Extensive data management experience focusing on governance, data quality, MDM, and/or reference data.
• Expertise in at least one target industry and its governance/regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated industries and translate them into Alation-backed solutions.
• Advise on industry-specific governance frameworks as they relate to Alation's platform.
• Surface opportunities to expand product usage and value.
• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Run product demonstrations and adoption workshops for executives.
• Build a data-backed value story connecting governance outcomes to business impact.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Alation implementations and services engagements.
• Define KPIs and value measures; show how Alation supports governance and strategic goals.
• Run enablement and adoption activities embedding governance into customer workflows.
• Contribute to Executive Business Reviews with supporting data.
• Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities.
