Job summary

Alation, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive governance and AI initiatives for regulated industries. You will translate complex challenges into a clear path to measurable adoption and value, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end deployments, conduct discovery sessions, run product demonstrations, and define KPIs linking governance outcomes to business impact. A strong consulting background with data governance experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering services as part of a software company and understanding product implementation in customer success.
• Deep experience in data governance, data quality, master data management, or reference data.
• Strong industry knowledge in target verticals and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose governance gaps in regulated industries and translate them into Alation-backed solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and run product demonstrations for enterprise stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and value measures; show governance outcomes and business impact.
• Deliver end-to-end Alation implementations from kickoff to defined outcomes.
• Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities.
