WD-40 Company (UK) is seeking an IT Data & Analytics Architect to lead the transformation of data across our business. This remote role allows collaboration with global teams and focuses on designing scalable, cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture and will play a critical role in our data governance and AI initiatives.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $155,000 – 170,000 annually, plus profit-sharing and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise data platforms in a complex environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional data and analytics programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global data architecture blueprint.
• Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise data platform.
• Establish standards for data accuracy and completeness.
