Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, ontology, and AI platform architecture. This remote role collaborates with technology and business leaders to define architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps for secure, governed, and cost-effective data usage across Palantir, Snowflake, and AWS.

Responsibilities include defining architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows, and leading architecture reviews, with a focus on data governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture roles, with 5+ years in architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise data, cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, ontology concepts, data mesh/product thinking, and domain-driven design.
• Strong AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration, high availability and IaC.
• Fluent Python and SQL for evaluating designs and implementations.
• Experience architecting AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI with governance.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures for Foundry and AIP capabilities and set guardrails for usage.
• Integrate Ontology with core systems, data platform, and downstream apps.
• Define architecture for AI/GenAI/Agentic workflows with governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Define data architecture target state, models, and data product standards (data mesh/lakehouse).
• Set data integration and API standards across Snowflake, Kafka, Palantir, and AWS services.
• Lead Architecture Review process for data and AI initiatives; build business cases and executive narratives.
