Job summary

WD-40 Company in San Diego, CA is seeking a proven Data & Analytics leader to define the multi-year enterprise data strategy and drive cloud data platforms and AI-enabled decision making across the business.

You will govern the COE portfolio, negotiate strategic partnerships, and manage the budget while collaborating with business leaders globally. This role reports to the CIO and leads a data team located in the US and UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and analytics, BI or data engineering teams, including architects and engineers.
• 7+ years in data leadership within 12+ years IT leadership.
• Proven ability to align data governance with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global data and analytics team.
• Define a 3–5 year data and analytics roadmap.
• Govern a Microsoft Fabric-based platform with security and guardrails.
