Outsource Consultants, LLC seeks a high-impact Vice President, Enterprise CX - New Logo to win multi-solution enterprise deals. You will hunt new logos worldwide, engage C-suite stakeholders, and architect CX technology + BPO strategies that solve broader client problems rather than a single product.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside enterprise software sales in the contact center space.
• 3–5+ years as a top-performing hunter for a contact center SaaS or AI tech company.
• Proven BPO sales experience covering technology and labor sides.

Responsibilities

• Own the hunt and build your pipeline from the ground up.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with CCaaS, AI, and BPO offerings.
• Engage C-suite executives and negotiate high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to close multi-faceted solutions.
