Job summary

PreVeil is hiring a Customer Success Manager to work with new and existing enterprise customers and ensure they are successful and satisfied with the PreVeil platform. You will own the customer relationship after the sale, from the first welcome through renewal, building relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and growing accounts through renewals and expansion.

This is a quota-carrying, cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in account management or customer success, preferably quota-carrying.
• Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong communication and technical aptitude.
• Self-starter and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships and drive product adoption.
• Develop joint success plans with customers to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-in calls and business reviews.
• Identify churn risks and mitigate them.
• Process monthly renewals and expansion orders to meet quota.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to improve the product for customers.
