ScreenSteps is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to own multi-channel demand generation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This fully remote role requires US residency and focuses on website CRO, email nurture programs, and social channel management to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will partner with marketing leadership to build scalable programs, write copy, and use AI tools to optimize outcomes. The position offers a flexible schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years running multi-channel and digital demand generation for a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning at least two of: website/CRO, marketing email, organic social.
• Proven ability to build workflows and automations.

Responsibilities

• Own website and landing page CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to drive inbound leads.
• Build and manage nurture programs, lifecycle emails, and deliverability in HubSpot.
• Oversee owned social channels as demand sources and measure impact on pipeline.
• Report on channel performance and tie activity to pipeline and revenue.
