Genesys is seeking a senior leader in customer success to own and elevate enterprise customer value across a global portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding transformation strategies and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value throughout the customer lifecycle.
The role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and expansion while shaping revenue growth and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology, consulting, or enterprise account management roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention in a SaaS environment.
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and managing enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and act as strategic advisor to drive outcomes.
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned with KPIs and platform adoption.
- Lead executive engagement through regular business reviews to demonstrate value.
- Drive adoption and expansion across accounts and reduce churn.
- Identify expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Renewals, and Onboarding teams for lifecycle execution.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executives.
