Job summary

THE PMO SQUAD is seeking a technically fluent Project Manager to lead infrastructure and cloud initiatives from planning through execution for a national general contractor client's enterprise content management and IT operations modernization. This remote-based role requires living near a client office with occasional travel.

You will own the program plan, coordinate architecture choices, and manage cross-functional dependencies across Legal, Risk, Security, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace,

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Led end-to-end content, file storage or data center migrations with sequencing and cutover.
• Hands-on ITSM/CMDB implementation experience in Freshservice or similar.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, BIAs, and testing programs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud infra concepts.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, schedule, resourcing, risk log, and status reporting across a multi-phase enterprise content and cloud migration program.
• Lead platform selection, architecture design, migration sequencing, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies (Legal, Risk, Security, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Finance) and elevation of blockers through governance forums.
• Lead build-out of configuration management database (CMDB) and asset management capabilities, including data model and ownership.
• Improve service desk intake, incident, and request management processes and connect them to accurate configuration data.
• Update disaster recovery plans and business impact analyses; establish a quarterly DR testing program.
• Maintain consistent monthly status reporting and present progress, risks, and decisions to technology governance forums.
