Job summary

The PMO Squad seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive a multi-year governance platform evaluation for a national construction/ development client. You will own discovery, formalization, and delivery of requirements, working with legal, risk, and a solutions team to translate needs into a delivery plan with clear migration sequencing.

Experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint governance, enterprise content management, and RFP-led initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise technology business analysis, incl. platform selections or RFPs.
Ability to translate stakeholder input into a baselined, traceable requirements package.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance, retention, and records management.
Familiarity with enterprise content management concepts and policy translation.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership.
Proficiency with requirements management tools and Excel-based scoring models.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements workshops and validation sessions across stakeholders.
Consolidate findings into a traceable requirements package covering governance.
Surface and document business rules, policies, and governance needs.
Document taxonomy and usage patterns; define archive use cases and access models.
Build an evaluation framework and scoring model for platform assessment.
Prepare RFI/RFP materials; coordinate vendor demos and PoC scenarios.
Score responses against baselined requirements and provide recommendations.
Partner with Legal and Risk to translate retention and governance needs.
Validate role-based access and migration readiness.
Convert platform and requirements into a delivery and migration plan.
Produce user enablement materials and contribute to status reporting.
