Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a Digital Client Success Manager to manage post-sale relationships across a US-based remote portfolio. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion with data-driven strategies and scalable communications.

Responsibilities include ongoing client engagement, risk management, and collaboration with Sales to maximize revenue. A SaaS background and fluent stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account management, or strategy roles in SaaS/tech.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and high-volume pooled portfolios.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and value-based storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale client relationships with defined goals and success metrics.
• Monitor outreach, trainings, escalations, and business reviews for a large portfolio.
• Drive renewal planning, including 6–12 month cycles and renewal strategy for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales on renewal opportunities with upsell/cross-sell potential.
• Capture client success stories to inform product and marketing improvements.
