Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Client Success Manager III to own our largest enterprise public-safety relationships and act as a strategic advisor across multi-site deployments.

This remote role emphasizes executive alignment, adoption, retention, and long-term partnership value, with coordination across product, support, and sales functions. A track record in SaaS and high-value accounts is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Strategic SaaS roles.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts with executives.
• Strong understanding of SaaS renewals, ARR forecasting, and expansion strategies.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Enterprise Relationships with Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning with senior stakeholders.
• Drive renewal strategy, forecasting, and expansion for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Support, and Engineering.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage executive escalations.
