Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to drive enterprise transformation initiatives. You will shape change strategies, assess readiness, and partner with executives, project leaders, and technical teams to embed new ways of working.

This remote role focuses on Canada/US engagements, with responsibilities spanning communications, training, resistance management, and adoption measurement to deliver measurable outcomes and lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• Experience leading change in enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter frameworks.
• Hands-on change delivery including comms, training, adoption.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage resistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for complex programs.
• Develop change strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess organizational readiness and impact.
• Manage stakeholder resistance and engagement.
• Lead communications and training initiatives.
• Define adoption metrics and measure effectiveness.
• Integrate change into delivery plans.
• Support organizational transitions and leadership readiness.
